How is the chef chosen?
Lara matches the chef to your menu brief — Thai, Italian, French, plant-based, or omakase. Each chef on the roster has worked at hotel-tasting-menu standard for at least five years.
What does staff cost?
Chef USD 350–600 per day, butler USD 250, nanny USD 200, spa therapist USD 180 per session. Multi-day teams quoted as a package. Lara confirms the final number before placement.
Are the nannies actually trained?
Yes — Lara only places nannies from UK-style or Australian agency rosters with formal childcare qualifications, plus first-aid certification and at least three professional references.
Can the team stay for a multi-week residency?
Yes — chef-and-butler residencies of two to six weeks are routine for guests in residence over the high season. Continuity is the point.
