Cliff-top sea-view or true beachfront — what’s the difference?
Cliff-top buys you the dramatic view and full privacy from below; beachfront buys you walking on sand at sunset. Lara’s clients usually pick cliff-top in Phuket and beachfront in Samui — the geography favours each.
Can we run music late on the deck?
Cliff-top villas — yes, open ocean absorbs the sound. Beachfront — depends on the next property; Lara only books beachfronts where the owner has confirmed late-music tolerance.
How early should we book?
Seven to fourteen days for high-season Phuket cliff-top. Samui beachfront often books shorter notice — three to five days outside the December peak.
Is the booking itself private?
