The Lara difference
Why this is rarely done well.
Buyouts are not on the venue’s price list. They require the operator to forgo a Friday night’s takings and the security plan to be rebuilt for one party. Most venues say no the first time, then yes when the right name asks.
Lara holds standing relationships with the operators of every venue worth taking over in Bangkok — the three rooftops most asked about, two of the city’s best restaurants, and the warehouse club used for half the brand launches.
The brand launching to four hundred press with a takeover the city watches on Instagram. The family hosting two hundred for a milestone where the venue is the gift. The wedding party closing a rooftop for one Saturday only.

Common questions
The quiet answers.
What does a venue buyout cost?
A 100-guest rooftop buyout starts around THB 350,000 plus F&B. A 400-guest restaurant takeover with chef’s-menu dining around THB 1.2–2 million. Warehouse buyouts scoped per event.
Which venues will agree to a buyout?
Most rooftops, several Michelin-grade rooms, and most of the city’s club operators — but not all, and not on every night. Lara is honest about which venues are realistic.
How much production can you bring?
Anything from a clean rooftop with branded signage to full warehouse production with stage, screens, and live talent. Lara works with two production houses used by global brand launches.
What’s the lead time?
A small Sukhumvit rooftop can be locked with two weeks. A flagship restaurant or warehouse buyout needs three to six weeks. Festival weekends and December are first-come.
