The Lara difference
Why this is rarely done well.
Helicopters are easy to quote and easy to get wrong. The difference is helipad access, weather judgment, and the car waiting at the other end — not the aircraft photo on the broker deck.
Lara works with one Bangkok rotor operator she trusts for short hops and weather calls. She names the pilot, confirms the pad, and pairs the landing with the right car before the blades even start.
The dealmaker with a Hua Hin lunch and Bangkok dinner. The couple skipping the motorway. The guest who wants the roof, not the airport, as the first step of the day.
How it works
One message. Then arrive.

Route, date, headcount, and whether the sector is one-way or same-day return.
Step 02

Aircraft, pilot, helipad slot, and arrival car are confirmed before you commit.
Step 03
You lift
Roof to rotor, rotor to resort lawn, with the next car waiting when you land.
Common questions
The quiet answers.
How many people fit?
A Bell 429 carries five to six passengers in comfort depending on luggage. For heavier luggage days or larger parties, Lara splits the move across two sectors or moves the bags by road.
Which routes make most sense by helicopter?
Bangkok ↔ Hua Hin and Bangkok ↔ Pattaya are the cleanest use-cases: short road pain, short flight time, simple helipad logistics. Samui works when time matters more than aircraft economics.
What happens if the weather turns?
The pilot makes the final weather call. If the window closes, Lara rolls the sector into a jet or Maybach plan immediately so the day still works.
What does it cost?
Bangkok ↔ Hua Hin runs from about THB 145,000 one-way. Pattaya is slightly lower, Samui materially higher. Landing fees and arrival car are quoted before booking.
