The Lara difference
Why this is rarely done well.
Bangkok’s true penthouses — top floor, private lift, roof terrace — number maybe forty across the entire city. The owners are Asian family-office principals who keep them empty most months, and brokers cannot get keys. Hotels cannot match the privacy.
Lara holds keys-out relationships with owners in nine Sukhumvit and Sathorn towers. She knows which penthouse has the best skyline aspect, which one’s elevator opens straight into the apartment, which one tolerates a 2 AM arrival. Owner-approved before you commit.
The Singapore CEO doing a four-night Bangkok run. The crypto founder hosting six guys for a long weekend in town. The dealmaker who wants a discreet base near the clubs without the hotel-lobby visibility.

Common questions
The quiet answers.
What does a Bangkok sky penthouse cost per night?
Three-bedroom top-floor units with a private lift start at USD 2,400/night. Larger penthouses with rooftop pools and panoramic terraces sit at USD 4,500–9,000. Two-night minimum is standard.
Which area is best — Sukhumvit, Sathorn or Riverside?
Sukhumvit for the clubs and walking everywhere. Sathorn for cleaner views and quieter mornings. Riverside for the Chao Phraya panorama and faster access to the old town.
Can we host on the roof terrace?
On the right unit, yes. Lara only books penthouses where the building’s house rules allow private hosting and the owner has confirmed the noise window in advance.
How private is the building entry?
Every unit Lara books has private-lift access — you do not pass through the residential lobby. Driver drops at a separate entry where applicable.
